Terms of use

Last updated June 2026

CoastLink is a B2B marketplace that connects general contractors with subcontractor crews. By using CoastLink you agree to these terms.

Who can use CoastLink

CoastLink is for construction businesses — general contractors hiring crews, and subcontractor crews looking for work. You must provide accurate business and contact information.

Jobs, bids, and awards

Contractors post jobs; crews submit bids. Awarding a job through CoastLink is an agreement between the two businesses to work together. CoastLink facilitates the connection but is not a party to the work contract.

During launch, posting, bidding, and awarding are free. A success fee may apply to future awards; the rate in effect is always shown before you award.

Verification

Crews may submit insurance, licence, and safety documents for review. CoastLink shows a verification status, not the underlying documents. Verification is a signal, not a guarantee — always do your own due diligence before hiring.

Protected contact

Phone and email stay private until a job is awarded. Using CoastLink to route work off-platform to avoid fees, or to contact members outside the intended flow, is not permitted.

Acceptable use

Don't post false information, misrepresent your business, harass other members, or use CoastLink for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

This is a plain-language summary for the CoastLink launch and is not legal advice. Final terms will be published before public launch.
