This explains what CoastLink collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the marketplace.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, business info), the content you post (jobs, bids, profiles, messages, reviews), and verification documents you choose to upload.
How we use it
To match jobs with crews, show trust signals next to bids, enable messaging, and process awards. Matching is rule-based and transparent — there's no hidden scoring and no AI ranking.
What stays private
Phone and email are hidden until a job is awarded. Verification documents are stored privately — contractors only ever see a status, never the files. Messages are visible only to the two parties in a conversation.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your profile content at any time, and request deletion of your account. Reviews tied to completed jobs may remain to keep the marketplace honest.
This is a plain-language summary for the CoastLink launch and is not legal advice. Final terms will be published before public launch.
